| Kevin Kline |
Happy birthday to actor Kevin Kline, who turns 60 today. Equally at home in dramas and comedies, Kline has won awards for his over-the-top portrayal of Otto in A Fish Called Wanda, his turn as Shakespeare's Henry IV, his singing pirate in The Pirates of Penzance and his role as a matinée idol in On the Twentieth Century. Last month, Kline went to the United Nations to promote his latest film, Trade, and raise awareness about its main theme. The film is about human trafficking; Kline plays a policeman determined to find the abductors of a 13-year-old Mexican girl.
"All around the world it's happening and people see it but they're not aware of it."
