- There was going to be backstage footage of the concert on the DVD. The scene, a "pep talk" between Yankovic and his parents, Nick and Mary Yankovic, wasn't used. [1]
- In 1999, VH1 produced a special featuring Yankovic entitled The "Weird Al" Yankovic Video Collection. Intertwined with several of Yankovic's music videos was backstage footage from "Weird Al" Yankovic Live!, featuring several rehearsed scenes with Yankovic and his band members as well as an interaction between Yankovic and the audience.
