The Welsh Liberal Democrats (Welsh: Democratiaid Rhyddfrydol Cymru) are one of the three state parties of the Liberal Democrats and operate within Wales.

The Welsh Liberal Democrats currently hold 6 of 60 seats in the National Assembly for Wales and 4 of 40 Welsh seats in the UK Parliament, but none of four Welsh seats in the European Parliament.

Between 2001 and 2003, the party were in a coalition with Welsh Labour in the National Assembly.

The youth wing of the party is IR Cymru (Liberal Youth Wales).
