Werner Kohlmeyer (19 April 1924 in Kaiserslautern – 26 March 1974 in Mainz-Mombach) was a German footballer.

He was part of the West German team that won the 1954 FIFA World Cup. In total he earned 22 caps for West Germany.[1] He also played for 1. FC Kaiserslautern from 1941 to 1957.[2] After retirement he suffered from alcoholism, and died at the age of 49 due to heart failure.
