Without even listening to the Authority, one could be able to tell that Who Knows is a gruff, drunken barrage of street punk and Oi! After all, this is a GMM release. On top of the occasional poppy guitar solo and countless gang chants, the Authority fall on comparable ground with the American Oi! likes of the Wretched Ones and the Anti-Heroes. Nothing particularly groundbreaking, but catchy in that soccer hooligan manner. ~ Mike DaRonco, All Music Guide
