Wild Card

Poker Guide: Wild Card

Refers to a joker or standard card that, by player agreement and/or dealer's choice, can be used to represent or take the value of any card the player desires.

SoundPoker Says: An example of this would be playing "Deuces Wild" where 2's can take on any value for the purpose of forming a better hand. This means that a deuce can pair any other card, complete a straight, complete a flush, and so on.
