Biography

This artist released Shakespeare in Song on the Brentwood label in 2002. The project, involving more than a dozen other instrumentalists and vocalists, was subtitled "Songs and Sonnets Celebrating the Bard." The William Clark behind this fine bit of scholarship is not the same one who plays blues harmonica in Chicago -- that one likes the "Clarke" spelling better, anyway. ~ Eugene Chadbourne, All Music Guide
