Review

Taking cues from acts like Jars of Clay and Duncan Sheik, Winter Wonder features acoustic light-rock versions of traditional holiday tunes like "I'll Be Home for Christmas," "Up on the Housetop," "Silent Night," "Away in a Manger," and "God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen." A clean album that suffers from a bit too much production, Winter Wonder is still a welcome change from sugary sweet Christmas collections. ~ Gina Boldman, All Music Guide
