Plot

After witnessing the murder of her school principal, Connie Burns (Vanessa Marquez), the niece of OCB agent Michael Santana (Steven Bauer) is herself shot and wounded. In their search for the drug dealers responsible for the shooting, Michael and new principal Jesse Hains (Billy Dee Williams) try to protect another witness from retribution. In the process, Michael becomes involved with Hains' campaign to unseat a crooked incumbent mayor. Although "Changing Houses) was originally intended to launch a new story arc focusing on guest star Billy Dee Williams, it turned out instead to be Wiseguy's final episode.
