The Woodstock Renegades are a Canadian Junior ice hockey team based in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. They are playing in the Niagara & District Junior C Hockey League.
History
The Woodstock Navy-Vets spent many of their early days playing in OHA-C Group III. In 1975, the Vets jumped to the Central (Grey-Bruce) Junior C Hockey League. A year later they helped found the Southwestern Junior B Hockey League. After this they found themselves in the Niagara & District Junior C Hockey League.
The logo for the "Jr. Vets" was designed by Woodstock-based Graphic Designer, Bill Bowman. The Woodstock franchise shedded its traditional Navy-Vets moniker at the 2007 awards banquet [1]. The Woodstock Renegades played their first game under a new name in 2007-08.
