The Labour Youth League (Norwegian: Arbeidernes Ungdomsfylking or AUF) is the youth wing of the Norwegian Labour Party. AUF was formed in April 1927, following the merger of Left Communist Youth League and Socialist Youth League of Norway. It's ideology is democratic socialism. The current leader of AUF is Martin Henriksen. Some of the former leaders of AUF have gone on to become prime minister or take on other cabinet posts or political offices, such as Jens Stoltenberg (incumbent Norwegian Prime Minister). In the 1990s, it was the subject of the Workers' Youth League membership scandal.

AUF is the biggest political youth organisation in Norway with 9571 members.

AUF's vision:

AUF's vision is that human beings together can create a free and just society, where ecology is placed above economy and human values are placed above wealth.

It's central values are freedom for all people
Justice in a society with equal rights and social justice for all
Solidarity where all contributes to make the society a better place in which to live
Participation in a society where all together is creating the future
