Xavier Beitia
Xavier Beitia (born 1982-11-23) is a former placekicker for the Florida State University football team. Before attending FSU, Beitia attended Jesuit High School of Tampa in Tampa, Florida and kicked for the legendary Domanic Ciao. He is now a rookie kicker for the Arena Football League's Georgia Force.
At FSU, Beitia was well known for having missed a potential game-winning field goal against the archrival University of Miami Hurricanes to the left as time expired, in what would continue the bizzare "Wide Right" saga. Beitia's miss at the Miami Orange Bowl was dubbed "Wide Left I."
