Xerces
Xerces is a family of software packages for parsing and manipulating XML, formerly a part of the Apache XML project and now a project
in its own right.
It provides both XML parsing and generation. Xerces is named after the Xerces Blue butterfly.
The library implements a number of standard APIs for XML parsing, including DOM, SAX and SAX2.
The implementation is available in Java, [[C++]] and Perl programming languages.
