Yahoo! Public License is a free software license by Yahoo!. It is used among others by the collaborative software Zimbra[1]. It is approved by the Free Software Foundation as a free (however GPL-incompatible) software license.[2]

As of 15 April 2009, the Yahoo! Public License has not been approved by the Open Source Initiative.[3]
