Its direction heads east-west between Schomberg Library and Highway 27 (Ontario), then turn and head north-south between Schomberg Library and Highway 9 (Ontario). North of Highway 9 (Ontario) it is referred to as Sideroad 20 in Simcoe County, Ontario.
