Geography

It is located between Tours and Poitiers in the center of France, on the banks of the Creuse River. The Creuse River meets the Gartempe River 3 kilometres (1,8 miles) from Yzeures in the pretty spa town of La Roche-Posay.
Yzeures sur Creuse lies at the meeting point of three Departements, Indre et Loire (37), Indre (36) and Vienne (86).
