Zach Wiegert (born August 16, 1972 in Fremont, Nebraska) is an American football offensive tackle who is currently a free agent in the NFL. He started 37 consecutive games at right tackle for the Cornhuskers, helping the University of Nebraska to a national championship as a senior. He was the winner of the 1994 Outland Trophy, awarded to the nation’s top interior lineman, first-team All-America and first-team All-Big Eight Conference selection as a senior. Wiegert was drafted in the 1995 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams.
On February 28, 2007, the Texans released Wiegert.
