An Australian genus of shrubs and trees of the Rutaceae family.

  • Z. arborescens — causes atypical interstitial pneumonia in cattle. There is a grunting dyspnea and a nasal discharge. Called also stinkwood.
  • Z. laevigata, Z. smithii — suspected of causing cyanide poisoning.

Zieria is a genus of plants in the Rutaceae family, all of which are native to Australia except for one species which is found in New Caledonia. The genus, which is closely related to the better known Boronia genus, is named for John Zier, a Polish botanist.
