Zong Lei (Chinese:宗垒) is a Chinese football player who currently plays for Changchun Yatai.

Club career
Zong Lei started his career in 2001 for Tianjin Teda FC where he played one game for them before being transferred to Shandong Luneng where he was unable to establish himself as first choice goalkeeper[1].
It wasn't until he transferred to the newly promoted Changchun Yatai team where he rose to prominence in 2006 establishing himself as first choice goalkeeper. 2007 was to prove his most successful when he played a key role in winning the China Super League title[2].
International career
Made his international debut in 2007 for a friendly against Kazakhstan national football team which China won 2-1[3].
Was included into the China national football team for the AFC Asian Cup in 2007 where he was third choice goalkeeper[4].
