UPIAS or UP IAS Association is an association of Indian Administrative Service officers posted in Uttar Pradesh, India.
The association voted the former Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh , Akhand Pratap Singh as the most corrupt officer, against whom a legal case was registered in 2005.
