World Travel Holdings (WTH) sells vacations and cruise packages directly to consumers through multiple brands, including CruiseOne, CruisesOnly, Cruise411, Rooms.com, Vacation Outlet, and Villas of Distinction. It owns licensing agreements with the cruise components of third-party travel companies American Airlines, Orbitz, priceline.com, Delta Air Lines, and BJ's Travel. The company has offices in New York, Massachusetts, Florida, and Virginia and a UK subsidiary, Cruise 118. WTH was founded in 2005 by brothers and industry veterans Brad and Jeff Tolkin. A year later, the fledgling company more than doubled its size when it acquired National Leisure Group, a leading vacation package distributor.
