1987 bronco 2 getting fuel and fire but won't start unless sprayed with starting fluid and will run for a second then dies please help?

If you are getting fuel the problem can be that your ingectors are not working check and see if your ingectors are working. When it runs for the 2 seconds it is burning off the starter fluid only, which means it probably isn't actually getting fuel into the chamber. So, I would agree and check to make sure your fuel injectors are firing. If they aren't you may have a bad fuel pump, which should be pushing about 40 psi (I think that is the right pressure). Depending on where you checked fuel flow, it may not have enough pressure to spray through injectors.

You can use a colon after please note, but you could also use the word that. You can say something like, Please note: we are starting early. Or you can say, please note that we are starting early.
