Replace fuse in fuse box under hood that powers the entire fuse box. It will have highest amp rating.

REPLACE THE THROTTLE CABLES
It is under the dash with the fuse box the only relay that is hooked up backwards with four wires going to it. It is on the right side of the fuse box top corner black fuse it is a four prong. Mine has a number 056700-7330 12v on it. Hope that helps nick out.
