1991 Blazer electric windows if the drivers side will go down about 6 inches then you have to drive 30 seconds then it will go down 2 inch drive more 2 inch further till down. Same to go up.?

Your description sounds like the window track is mis-aligned or the motor is worn and weak.

The electric windows on a 406 might behave weird if you disconnect the battery. But holding down the "window-down" on drivers side for 10 seconds or so should fix it.
