Sounds like part of a heater hose. Sounds like part of a formed heater hose.
Could be head gasket, head, or cracked block
I have not received an answer to my question, "How do you replace a heater core in a 1995 Plymouth Voyager SE? When can I expect an answer? Thank you!!! nellkat60
I believe the flasher is up in, under the dash, to the right of the steering column. If it is, the best means to get to it is to remove the bezel for the radio and heater controls. At this point, depending upon exactly where it is, either the radio or heater control package must be slid out so you can reach the flasher. Not the most convenient place to put it.
The heater core is inside the Hvac housing, under the dash.
you have to remove the dash
