http://autorepair.about.com/cs/troubleshooting/l/bl_obd_11.htm The first 4 are related to a rich condition from the oxygen sensors. If they are reasonable in cost, fo all of them. Not uncommon to replace one and then have the other prove bad. The front sensor and the back sensor compare values. IF both have benn slowly going bad, there values would be comparable but not bad enough to fail. When one goes bad; out of spec, it will throw a code (s). It is replaced with a good one with a perfect value. When the new one with perfect value compares to the old one of poor value, the weak older one throws a flag for the computer to throw the check engine light again usually. IT may place a code but not throw the check engine light as well. The po300 is a random misfire code the is probably because the oxygen sensors are telling the computer false data about needing more fuel and the computer richens up the mixure enough to foul out plugs at various times. This will also cause poor fuel economy.

If the coils are changed on a 1995 buick park ave do you need to change the housing also it seems like it's miss firing?

No you do not need to change the coils housing when changing the coils. If the car is still running but struggle sto acelorate, try testing to see if you have a defected coil(even if they are brand new) How to test: remove one spark plug at a time and start the engine if there is a spark or crackling noise then that coil is good but if there is no spark then that coil is bad.

Why was Allis Chalmers of Milwaukee a prime contractor of the World War 2 Manhattan Project?

In order to produce the magnetic coils essential in the production of Uranium metal from Uranium dioxide, AC wound the coils out of pure silver (Because Silver was available to replace the critically short copper during wartime. A total of 6,000 tons of silver was borrowed from the West Point Depository to create the coils.) The coils were produced, the Uranium was processed, the bombs were built and the war was won. That is why a tractor manufacturer was a prime contractor in the construction of the Atomic Bomb.

How does a frost-free freezer work?

If you have an old refrigerator or one of the small dorm refrigerators, you know all about the frost that forms around the coils that cool the freezer. If you let it build up long enough, the frost can get 6 inches thick and eventually there is no room to put anything in the freezer. This frost forms when water vapor hits the cold coils. The water vapor condenses -- turns to liquid water. Think of the water beading up on a glass of iced tea on a summer day -- that is an example of water vapor in the air condensing. The same thing happens on the ice-cold freezer coils, except that when the water condenses onto the coils it immediately freezes. A frost-free freezer has three basic parts: * A timer * A heating coil * A temperature sensor Every six hours or so, the timer turns on the heating coil. The heating coil is wrapped among the freezer coils. The heater melts the ice off the coils. When all of the ice is gone, the temperature sensor senses the temperature rising above 32 degrees F (0 degrees C) and turns off the heater. Heating the coils every six hours takes energy, and it also cycles the food in the freezer through temperature changes. Most large chest freezers therefore require manual defrosting instead -- the food lasts longer and the freezer uses less power.

What causes subwoofers to blow up?

the reasons a subwoofer blows is the amount of power running through the speaker is greater than the speakers RMS, or peak power. the cause for this could be the amplifiers power is set higher than what the speaker could handle, because certain amplifiers run too much wattage for speakers with only 2 ohms, for instance. You can also blow subwoofers having set your volume too high, then turning the stereo system off completely. when you turn it back on, it causes the voice coils to spring harshly, blowing the inside. you know a speaker is blown when you play music through it, it sounds like a bag of coins rattling when it performs.

Why are both your inside and outside AC coils freezing?

The filters are checked regularly. The motor is working fine. There is no switch to adjust speed. It only freezes after being on for a little while. Both the inside and outside coils freeze over. You aren't getting enough air across your evaporator coils inside the house. Have you checked the filter? Is the motor working properly? Can you switch the motor to a higher speed?
