You have a bad ignition switch
Whenever any vehicle stalls while driving it should be seen by a mechanic soon. It can be the a issues with the computer, ignition, or fuel.

I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee Limited. I too have had this problem. Mine seems to always happen while its raining outside. I was told that it could be the the ignition coil and to spray silicone lubricant spray on to the ignition coil. I just done this so I hope it helps. You have to take the coil off and spray the inside also. I also sprayed all my electrical wiring because they told me it wouldn't hurt to do so.
