1997 Dodge Ram 1500 will barely move because it bogs down severly. Seems like it is flooding. Black soot on end of new spark plugs and coming out in condensate from tailpipe. not sure what is wrong.?

check your converter let it run for ten mins or so and see if it gets red hot
