There are 4 different readings for 11 12 without the generic scan tool code it will be harder to determine. For 12 battery power to pcm was disconnected. for 11code p0320 no crank reference signal detected during engine cranking.for 11 codep1391 intermittent loss of either camshaft or crankshaft position sensor. for11 codep1398 ckp [crank shaft position]sensor target windows have too much variation. sorry my reference manual does not show 55 or 65 hope i helped Mine also it says PCMbut,I would check batt and did this get that hot to shut it off you will have to Waite a while until it cools down.
U get overheated
If your truck is overheated, you need to turn it off immediately - do NOT let it keep running. Then, after it cools, check the radiator to see if it has/needs any water.

Was the connector replaced with the switch?? Ford suggests changing both due to heat and deterioration Connector maybe shorted internally

I doubt it I'm running 31's with stock wheels on my 98 jeep wrangler & they rub when I try to turn to sharp.
sounds like both upper and lower elements are burned or the thermoststs need to be replaced or you are getting no power to the hot water heater.
If it will shift when the engine is off, but not while it is running your clutch is not working
