1998 Chrysler sebring you have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel relay and it still will not start what else should you try and do to fix it?

check the timing chain.thought my 01 2.7 lxi was fuel starved ,dropped the fuel tank,cleaned filter/pump combo.turns out it jumped timing.replacement cost me over $1600.
