Fuses are located in two places. In the car on the drivers side, to the left near the hood opener & in the engine compartment to the right. Check your owners manual for which fuse box contains the fuse for the sunroof.
The problem may be the sunroof switch. Replacing the sunroof switch is as easy as changing a flashlite battery.

Possibly not, the 306 was face-lifted in 1998 with a variety of changes. Check with the dealership.
