Hello, if the tumbler has bent or broke, unless you know alot about locks and have a rekeying kit, your best bet is to take it to a locksmith.

you need to pull it off and replace it. You should be able to pry them off with a pair of needle nose pliers
It's possible that one or more of the motor mounts have loosened or broke. You'll need to get it up in the air to check. It's where the motor mounts to the frame.
Forget about it, it came apart because something broke. Buy a replacement assembly from your local auto parts store from Dorman products.
