I have a 2000 sienna..........and had that light come on......in has to do with the braking system
Get a Toyota shop manual before you attack the dash. There are a number of screws and clips that are not obvious, and there is a good chance you will get frustrated and break something if you just go at it. On the Sienna, I had to remove a good portion of the dash just to change light bulbs on the instrument cluster. I have a shop manual, and the job went smoothly. But I would have not figured it out without the instructions.
I believe the fuse is located under the driver's side dash. It is rectangular black cover. The ower's manual has a picture in it showing the location of all fuse panels.
It is on the left side of the dash. It is located just under the dash.
on my 98 sienna there is a button on the left side of the dash lower part with a push button not sure if it is in the same place on all models hope that helps
Not sure if this helps or not but on a 2005 Toyota Sienna LE, the dash-light dimmer switch is actually the trip odometer reset switch. Turning the trip odometer reset switch left or right controls the dash-light levels. Had it not been for the factory manual, and Google, I would have never known this.
Under the dash. on the passger side
The 1998 Toyota Corolla OBD 2 port is under driver side dash below hood release
The warning lights on the dash of a 1998 Toyota Rav4 can mean anything from low fuel to brake problems or overheating. Each light has a unique image which denotes the specific problem.

the Toyota sienna 2006 is better. =) The 2006 model was freshen...new headlight, new grill, new hood and new tail light. The instrument cluster was re-styled, light on dash changes...clearly slightly better to the eye. Everything else being the same. 2007 model has new bigger and more powerful engine (3.3L to 3.5L).
In my case, you go to the dealer. $265 to replace the lamps. The dash has to be removed to get to the lamps. Had them all replaced to avoid having to do this again. Car has about $90K miles on it.
Try checking the driver side dash between dash and the door.
OBDII Port below dash/steering wheel.
If it even has a cabin air filter, it is likely to be up behind the glove compartment, under the dash on the passenger's side.
AnswerWhich year van??1999 SiennaThe fuse box inside the Sienna cabin is located behind the change tray to the left of the steering column. Pull the change tray out and gently remove it. You can see the fuse box through the opening.

It is located under the passenger side dashboard. You will have to remove the black cover of the dash and the glove box in order to access it.
