If its the engine knockins their is no connection just a quicondense. If the knocking is in the rear could be a cracked rotor or something.
Sounds like the speedometer cable broke.
mine doing the same when turning been to garage could be broke spring or strut top bearing .
you could have a wire broke in the tire
your car being broke get it checked out
From the manual it says to do them from 70-90 in lb. when i did it today we broke the outside bearing cover bolt at about 50 or 60 in lb. It is smaller than the rest and might have a different spec not listed in the manual so be careful when doing those outer ones
the knocking is a broken piston rod or piston ring broke it will be from $550-$1k to have it replaced. u need to have it checked out ASAP

(in the US) it is highly doubtful that they have ANY bearing whatsoever. In the US there is legally no such thing as gender discrimination. If you are insolvent (bankrupt or broke), you're insolvent regardless of your gender or family situation. "Broke" is broke.
Loose wheel, bent wheel, Belt broke in tire,BAD wheel bearing. Check and repair as needed.
It will cause both vibration and a knocking noise The vibration may feel like it is at the rear of of the SUV but be careful to have the drive shaft checked.
what causes this is when the oil pump is broke or when it may get clogged with sludge from the old oil and there is no oil pressure at the crank journals and this creates friction because theres no oil and it spins a bearing this may also cause a rod to spin a bearing at the same time!!
The crankshaft may not have to be turned if the journals are smooth/undamaged but you should have it checked if you got it in your hand. It could be out of round.
