I would check the CV joint or Axel shaft (constant velocity joint).
Drive the car into an open parking lot, and slowly drive in a circle to the left with the steering wheel turned as far as it can be turned. Repeat this going in a circle to the right.
If you hear the same clicking noise, you have a bad CV joint.
If this is the case you're better off replacing the entire axel shaft (less labor involved).
If you're getting an engine warning light on your Hyundai Accent, oil could be leaking into the exhaust valve. The could also be a problem with the catalytic converter.
To buy a used Hyundai Accent, a good place to look is a used car dealership such as Carmax. Hyundai Accents are decently popular cars, so finding one somewhere won't be very difficult.
There could be a shortage in the wiring that goes to the fuse compartment that could be causing it to do that.

posiable a bad fuel sending unit.
It could be have a restriction in the gas vapor purge system.
It could be your air intake temperature sensor or maybe your mass air flow sensor
Hyundais have a plastic reservoir that can be cut through by flying debris. OR it could be the pump. OR you could check to see if the hose has become disconnected.
