Your car has automatic headlights and will come on automatically when you windshield wipers come on. Sounds like your wiper control module or your multi-function switch is malfunctioning.
Check your windshield wiper galley for leaves and other debris. If the galley is clogged it will over flow and leak down into the whiper motor and cause it to malfunction especially when the engine is warm.
Next check your multi-function switch remove the cover from the steering column and unplug the wiper control plug. Run your engin to reproduse the problem. If the problem persists your wiper control module will need servising.
