The p0148 is high pressure common rail checksum, it can set when there is a a fuel delivery problem. The p0628 is low voltage detected at the fuel transfer pump. This is the pump that pumps fuel from the tank to the engine. These two codes go together, and should be your main problem. You'll need to replace your transfer pump.
