Key on, engine off, door shut, press gas pedal to the floor three times in ten seconds. Cycle ignition off and on, should be reset.

I may be wrong but it sounds like your alarm is the problem. This happened to my brother's van(Astro). The built-in cutoff switch in his alarm was preventing the van from starting. It may be possible to disconnect the alarm system and try to start it. That's what my brother did and it worked.
