3 causes of the cold war?
There was only 1 cause; nuclear weapons. If there hadn't been nukes there would've NO COLD WAR...just war as usual.
The Cold War had many causes, the most important of which was the fear on the part of both sides that causing a "hot" war might lead to the destruction of everyone involved. Other causes include exhaustion from World War II and a commitment to working indirectly, not directly, to advance national causes and overcome enemies.
Vietnam was part of the cold war. The cold war was a military stand-off between two sets of nations with two different ways of life. Part of the cold war: Vietnam was a "hot" battle of the cold war. A war generally consists of a series of battles. Cold war=no deaths, no shooting Hot war=shooting and killing
Communism verses non-communists. But, communists and non-communists EXISTED before the cold war. The Atomic Age created the cold war. If no nuclear weapons existed, there would have been no cold war. There would probably have been a hot one. World War 3 if the the communists wished to start one. But without atomic weapons, it would have been a world war fought looking very much like the Korean War did; jets against jets, etc.
The cold war caused the Vietnam War. The Atom Bomb created the cold war. If there had been no atomic bombs, there would have been no cold war. If there had been no cold war, the US may not have been involved in Vietnam in the first place. If the US had been involved, the US would have declared (total) war and defeated North Vietnam just like the US (allies) defeated Japan/Germany in WW2.
The long term causes of the Vietnam war were traced back to the Cold War. This was based on the fear that America had of communism spreading across the Asian continent. The long term causes of the Vietnam war was communism taking over southeast Asia. The United States feared this spread of communism.
The cold war led to the Vietnam War; the outcome was also because of the cold war. Another words, had there NOT BEEN a cold war (which was created by the atomic bomb); the Vietnam War would have been fought normally/traditionally...with everything the US had (presuming nukes DID NOT exist) and the North would've been invaded...as in ALL US WARS previously.
the cold war was caused by the soviet union and the USA both having nuclear technology, and that they were both developing rockets that could reach each other, carrying the nukes the main consequences of this was everyone ws scared that they would start world war 3 and a nuclear holocaust the tension between countrys wasnt helped by the "space race" -which was simply, the race to be the first to put a man in…
