I'm no expert but I think you've got a clogged cat.
It is usually bolted to the exhaust manifold, one except is the srt neons had a one piece exhaust manifold/turbine housing.
they are located either in the exhaust manifold, or in the exhaust manifold pipe usuall somewhere between the manifold and the back end of the catalytic converter will resemble a spark plug except with a smaller wire comming from the end!

Weekend project. Pull the intake manifold off and the throat assy. Pull the radiator cover and all the front pieces so you have access to the timing belt. Loosen this and remove the belt. The internal areas are now open to the heads. Disconnect the exhaust manifold from both sides and see if you can get the bolts off from the head. This allows the manifold to lower just enough to get the head off. Now remove all the extra things tied to the head, like spark plug wires and such. Unbolt the head and remove it from the vehicle. If you couldn't remove the bolts from the exhaust then remove the exhaust manifold from the exhaust pipe. Now lift the whole thing out. At some point you should be able to remove the head. Clean and replace the gasket and then put it all back together. Piece of cake huh? Get yourself a manual and it will lead you step by step. I can do mine in a weekend but I have doen lots of repairs on it so I don't even think about it anymore. Except to ensure I am putting it together correctly. http://www.atarmor.com/3rdmemwriteup/writeup2.htm
as of now, nobody knows. (except for the person who started it.)
Look on the exhaust manifold. The number of sensors (yes, many cars have 2, 3, or 4) and their location varies with model year, car model, and engine. If you want an exact answer, browse these pages by make and model or post a new question with the specifics. you will find the oxygen sensor(s) on the exhaust system. there may be more than one. usually before the catalytic converter and one after. all models except 5.9l v8 models with 2wd are equipped with two o2 sensors. One o2 sensor is located in the exhaust pipe between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic converter and one o2 sensor located after the catalytic converter. The 5.9l v8 2wd has 4 sensors. Two upstream sensors( one for each cylinder bank),one is a precatalytic sensor and the fourth sensor is after the catalytic converter.
I would not touch it except to install a converter.
Bad head gasket or... Crack in exhaust port in head. Check exhaust for presence of antifreeze smell or exhaust gas in radiator.
No, they still produce the same pollution and exhaust, just a slight amount less than conventional cars. Except the Nissan Leaf, it is a purely electric car no gas imput or ehaust pipe.
The exhaust valve doesn't get any cooling except to say that there is some cooling effect when the new charge of air/fuel mixture enters the chamber. That's why exhaust valves are extra-thick, and sometimes made from more heat-resistant material such as stainless steel or titanium.
Yes, the heads are the exact same except for the exhaust camshaft. You can also read that here: www.supramania..com
Gypsy moths are sprayed for in some areas over the city. Other then that, nothing except exhaust.
