me personally i would check the relay. because that's what basicly controls the fuel pump
To fix the horn on a 1988 Camaro, check the horn fuse first. Then check the horn relay, wiring, horn, and switch to find the problem.
1967 Chevy camaro
The first camaro come out in early 1964
FIRST YOU TAKE THE ACCESE PANEL OFF UNDER THE STEERINGWHEEL THEN REMOVE THE TWO CALUM BOLTS BUT BE SURE NOT TO LET THE ROD DROP CAUSE YOULL HAVE TO TAK TOP APART ON TOP THE CALUM THER IS WHERE YOULL FIND THE SWITCH
First remove the steering wheel, remove the torx screws and remove the house, remove the signal switch and the wiper switch, remove the torx screws and?æremove the ignition switch. Put in the new switch and replace everything in reverse.?æ
Two things could have failed. The Temp Sensor and the Fan Switch. Both re located on the block. Try the switch first. They are usually the first to go.
Replace the bulb first, if this does not work try the reverse switch.
The first camaro was made on September 26,1966 and modeled as a 1967 car.
To replace the wiper/headlight switch, you must first remove the two screws(normally but maybe more, depending on model) that retain the steering wheel cover/horn button. this will give you access to the switch. remove retaining screws to allow removal of switch. replace in reverse order. easy as pie.
Possibly loose connection or the relay is failing. Replace the fuel pump relay first.
