Double check the firing order, you may have two wires crossed.
The fuel relay may not be working properly. There may also be a weak fuel pump causing the sluggish reactions.
start by having the computer (PCM)troublecodes scanned. Autozone will do this free of charge.
My experience with this in my 95 Plymouth neon is that it was a fuel pump going bad. Replaced it and the fuel filter and no more problems.
It sounds like you are having rack and pinion problems. I have had two Grand Caravans and had to have them replaced on both. One was still under warranty. They are pretty common to have replaced, but it has to be done a certified technician. Good Luck.
The first thing to do is have your plugs and plug wires replaced. That is probably the most likely thing that is causing you problems and the most inexpensive to replace if your broke like me! lol. Then if you are still having problems, you may want to have the Oxygen sensor checked out.
An IUD can be left in for years without causing problems. A hormonal IUD will lose effectiveness, though.
If they are only noisy and are causing ABS problems you can probably drive on them for a bit. Check them often for looseness though as that becomes a safety issue.

most likely cause is a leak in the exhaust system it lets in air causing the residual fuel in the exhaust system to explode that usually happens when the throttle is shut off
