If all the bulbs are good and the fuse is good meaning the lights light up. first check the flasher if it is good the only thing it can be is the clockspring under the stering wheel this controls turn signals aswell as cruise and other function.

no offense intended but you dont if you dont know how just have a mechanic do it, you dont want to have your brakes fail because you got air in the calipers, or if you ruin your abs unit believe me just have it done proffesionally

Its the brain going in your car. The same thing is happening to mine. You can usually drive it and it will turn on after a bit but I don't recommend it!

check all of your fuses all you have to do is do an ohm test probe one side and the other side you dont even have to take them out
