Dead battery and/or alternator.
If the car won't start it is usually the battery, starter or could be the altenator. What are the symptoms when you try to start it, is there any power?
you can only use diagnostic equipment to turn the alarm off or see whats wrong with it and garages rip you off on the prices they charge ezza1969

The Voyager takes 4 qts. It is suggested that after putting in 3 qts. you then start reading your dip stick. I generally after putting in 2 1/2 qts. I start my voyager up and then start reading.
It has either . jumped timing
1995 Plymouth Voyager will crank up, but when you shift it in gear, it cuts off
Likely that your starting motor needs to be reconditioned/re-built
Get a new battery, Auto parts stores sell them.
It is possible that all the vehicle needs is a tune up. One of the most common problems with a vehicle that will not start is a clogged fuel filter.
If you have no codes start by checking all fuses under hood

My 92 Voyager is doing this exact same thing. The problem with mine is the ignition switch...apparently a common problem with these vehicles. Currently trying to install a remote starter.
It lets the computer know where the crank shaft is at all times, and yes it can cause a no start.
