Changing any tire has nothing to do with why the car won't start.

Pontiac Grand Prix does not have a timing belt. It has a timing chain and it is replaced when it breaks.
The Western Grand Prix hasn't opened yet. It will be started on "Monday" (in California we start after 4 on Sunday) just like the Classical Grand Prix.

On our 1995 Grand Prix, the second gear start is automatic in adverse road condtions (Ice, Snow & Rain) I was told that when the wheels spin, it enables the Second Gear Start to provide better traction and power to the drive wheels. on the left hand side of dash panel down at the bottom
