You can find sheet music to The Boy From by Mary Rodger and Stephen Sondheim at your local music store. You can also find it online at the Sheet Music Trade website.
As far as buying music check your local music store or better yet the internet. Also I've found so much music at flea markets that's for cheap. There's also a website "pianofiles.com". It's a user based site where you can actually trade music. Check it out, some people are generous enough to actually give you music it you don't have anything to trade.
