Your son is in FEDERAL prison!? That means he is charged with a FEDERAL offense and was tried in a FEDERAL court by FEDERAL prosecutors in front of a FEDERAL judge (and maybe a FEDERAL jury). It sounds like you are not disclosing all pertinent details. Whatever your troubles are with your local PD it is HIGHLY doubtful that they could engineer a conspiracy at the Federal level just to have your son put in the federal slammer. They just don't have that kind of clout.
