When credits are transferred from one institution to another, typically the grades do not transfer, just the credits. Still, if you have questions relating to this, contact the Office of the Registrar at the institution that left out to grade.
In university, you may be expected to do a final year project. How exactly you do this depends on the course so you should consult a member of your institution.
The university looks at your high school record to date. In other words, the transcript you submit will show everything up to your junior year with grades achieved, and will list the courses you are currently taking. They will make their decision - in part - on this transcript. After you complete your last semester, you submit a final transcript. However, because the transcript is submitted separately I do not believe this is what they are referring to. You may submit an essay, extracurricular activities documentation, honors or awards, clubs you belong to, volunteer work references, other letters of recommendation etc.

If you're asking if you need to play any of the previous Final Fantasy games before you play Final Fantasy VII in order to understand the storyline, the answer is no. Each game has, for the most part, a stand-alone storyline completely different from the previous game(s).

In eukaryotic organisms, genes consist of exons and introns. Exons are regions that are transcribed into mature messenger RNA, and eventually translated into protein. Interspersed within the exons are introns, regions of non-coding DNA. Introns must be removed from the initial transcript of mRNA before the final mature transcript is sent to the ribosome for translation into protein. This removal is done in a coimplex protein structure called the spliceosome. The spliceosome splices out the non-coding introns from the primary mRNA transcript, and stiches the exons back together into the mature mRNA transcript.
