After changing all belt on your 2003 Hyundai Elantra power steering belt still squeaks?

it appears as if it's the PS belt, but that's because it's the one you see first, as well as slipping when someone else turns the car over for you to see, BUT it's affected by the alternator belt,,,So tighten very well the alternator belt first, then not-so-tight the ps belt...try it now !
