Any tips for growing out really short damaged hair so it can become medium length hair?

1. Trim the ends. If you have split ends your hair won't grow any longer.
2. Healthy diet, drink water and don't stress.
3. Use a natural oil to promote hair growth and health.
4. Use your fingertips to massage your scalp in circular motions. This stimulates growth by improving circulation. Do this every night and it'll also help you relax before bed :)

∙ 13y agoif you have split ends, cut them off because as they split, they break off, causing your hair to stay the same length or even get shorter. if it's dry and brittle, try a good conditioner to restore moisture to your hair. keep your hair away from chemicals such as hair dye and chlorine, let your hair air dry after you wash it and don't use a straightener or curling iron, heat damadges your hair.
